The Florida K has emerged as a leader in the field of Kosher, and in providing expertise
to the vast spectrum of food related markets and industries throughout the State of
Florida and around the world.
Starting from its humble beginnings in Maitland, Florida, the Florida K was established
by its founder and Kashrus extraordinaire Rabbi Sholom Ber Dubov in 1986, as a means
of offering a better understanding of Kosher to the local community at large. Committed
